塞浦路斯政府正式宣布对塞浦路斯投资计划的修订,该计划将于2019年5月15日起生效。预计三月中旬塞浦路斯会迎来大批考察和国内订房客户,想找到优质房源会越来越难!请参阅以下修订:
1、投资者将被要求向“硏究促进基金会”捐款7.5万欧元。
Investorswill be required to make a donation of 75,000 EUROS to the “ Research PromotionFoundation”.
2、另外还需要向“ CyF orus土地开发公司”捐款7.5万欧元
An Additional donation of 75,000 EUROS will be required to be paid to the “ CyprusLand Development Corporation”.
3、投资者的投资期限由批准之日起为5年,而非3年。在这五年内,经财政部事先批准,可以将其投资出售或者变更为等值投资
Investorswill be required to maintain their investments for a period of 5 years from thedate of Approval instead of 3 years. During those 5 years they can sell orchange their investment to an equivalent investment by granting an approval bythe Ministry of Finance in advance.
4、在递交申请时,年满18岁的申请人必须持有有效的申根签证。来自申根国家的护照持有人在该地区旅行不需要申根护照,他们将被排除在外,也不会被要求提供此文件
EachApplicant above the age of 18 must hold a valid Schengen visa at the time ofthe application submission. Passport holders from Countries that Schengen isnot required in order to travel in the area are excluded and they will not beasked to provide this document.
5、如果申请人之前提交了在另—个欧盟成员国获得公民身份的申请,并被拒绝,投资者将不被允许根据C|P提交保持塞浦路斯公民身份的申请
Incases where an applicant has previously submitted an application for obtaininga Citizenship in another EU Member state and has been rejected, the Investorwill not be allowed to submit an application for obtaining the CyprusCitizenship under the CIP.
6、如果所收购的住宅物业已被另一投资者用于C|P目的,则所需投资金额从200万欧元增加到250万欧元
Inthe Instance where a residential property acquired had already been used byanother investor for the purpose of CIP, the required investment amount isincreased from 2 mil EUROS to 2.5 mil EUROS
7.投资房地产,应在提交申请时向有关当局提交下列文件
a一个规划许可证。
b如果物业有抵押,银行豁免
c项目建筑师签署的竣工证书(已竣工的物业)。
d如果物业未完工(在建,未完成计划),至少应将物业总价值的5%存入银行保函或单独的特别账户
Forany investments in Real Estate the following documents should be provided tothe authorities at the submission of an application:
a. Planning permit
b. Bank waiver in cases where there is a mortgage on the property
c. Certificate of completion signed by the Architect of the Project (forcompleted properties).
d. In cases where a property is not completed (under construction,off-plan) at least 5% of the total value of the property should be blocked in abank guarantee OR a separate special account.
8. 政府债券的投资标准(50万欧元)现已废除
TheInvestment criterion in Government bonds ( for 500,000 EUROS) is now abolished.
塞浦路斯政府在新政批准实施后,将会给予3个月的过渡期,来处理已经提交或者即将提交的申请。

塞浦路斯“投资入籍计划”已进入倒计时,
仅剩3个月!
因此无论从变政角度,还是从目前已处移民热度来说,
未来三个月都将是塞浦路斯移民关键时期,
